Customization: For portraits featuring more than three subjects, or for highly detailed and specific compositions (such as full background scenes), direct contact is required for a personalized quotation.

Early Booking: A significant amount of time and focus is dedicated to each piece to ensure the highest level of realism. As only a limited number of orders are accepted, booking a commission slot well in advance is highly recommended.

Reference Photos (Critical): To achieve the desired depth and realism seen in the portfolio, very clear, high-resolution photographs of the pet are required. Several reference images may be requested to accurately capture lighting, texture, and personality.

Progress Updates: Work-in-progress (WIP) images will be shared during the creation process to ensure satisfaction with the direction of the portrait.

Payment Structure

Stage 1: Advance Deposit (40%): A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the commission slot and confirm the booking.

Stage 2: Mid-Project Installment (30%): A 30% installment is due two weeks prior to the scheduled drawing commencement date. This payment confirms the start of the primary work phase.

Stage 3: Final Balance (30%): The final 30% balance is due upon completion of the portrait, prior to the artwork’s delivery or collection.

Presentation & Delivery

Framing: All commissioned artwork is provided unframed. This allows you the flexibility to choose framing that perfectly matches your home décor and personal preference.

Authenticity: The finished portrait will be presented with a signed, stamped, and dated Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

Secure Packaging: Every portrait is meticulously packaged flat, using acid-free archival materials and reinforced protective backing to ensure safe transit.
